Everything stays inside the wall.
Water from an outdoor heat pump comes down inside the wall and joins the panel at one fitting. No pipes on the wall, no vents, no fan.

Laid in before the plaster
The pipes go into a chase in the wall before it is plastered, so once the wall is finished there is nothing to box in. Each panel joins them at one fitting, and its front stands 90 mm from the wall.
